We are looking for a compassionate Female Shadow Teacher for a UKG CBSE student with autism studying at VIBGYOR High School in Electronic City. The role involves continuous in-class support to help the child adapt, learn, and actively participate in school activities with structured guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time classroom shadow support (7:45 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Assist child in understanding CBSE UKG curriculum
- Support behavioural regulation and emotional stability
- Encourage participation in classroom discussions and activities
- Help improve focus, attention span, and task completion
- Coordinate closely with teachers and school support staff
- Maintain simple daily progress notes for parents
Qualification
Any Graduate (Special Education, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education preferred)
Experience
Prior experience with autism spectrum children or shadow teaching preferred. Freshers with strong patience and child-handling skills may also be considered.
Salary
₹18,000 per month
