Welcome to the Crazywhiz Community Discussion Forum (accessible via https://crazywhizjobs.in, hereinafter referred to as the “Forum” or “Website” for Crazywhiz Tutoring Platform).

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before registering an account, posting content, or using our services. By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By registering an account and participating in this Forum, you represent and warrant that:

  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

4. User-Generated Content & License

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the text, data, and content you write and post on our platform.
  • License to Crazywhiz: By posting content on the Forum, you grant Crazywhiz a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content publicly across our platform for operational, promotional, or administrative purposes.
  • Public Nature: Please remember that this is a public discussion forum. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as bank details, private identification numbers, or home addresses) in public threads.

5. Important Scam & Fraud Notice

Crazywhizjobs.in is a community platform for discussion, networking, and information sharing.

  • Important Notice: Beware of fake job offers, payment requests, and fraudulent recruiters. Crazywhiz does not ask job seekers for registration fees, training fees, or security deposits. Never transfer money to secure employment. Verify suspicious communications with us directly.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any job opportunity, recruiter, or user you interact with through this Forum. Crazywhiz does not vet individual forum users and is not liable for fraudulent interactions originating from peer-to-peer communication on the board.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor the content posted using the wpForo plugin. Crazywhiz administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
