š¤ Zero Registration Fee Policy
Crazywhiz home tuition consultancy operates on a commitment to accessibility, meaning we never charge an upfront registration fee to tutors seeking to use our services. Our philosophy is that we only earn when you do. Tutors can sign up and gain access to potential tuition opportunities without any financial commitment at the start. The consultancy’s service charge is exclusively applied after a successful placement has been made and the service has been delivered. This ensures a risk-free onboarding process for dedicated educators. However, for tutors desiring specialized, premium support and personalized assistance, an optional premium service may be available upon inquiry via the designated link.
š° Commission Structure and Advance Collection
Crazywhiz charges a one-time commission fee equivalent to 50% of the first month’s total tuition fee for every successful student-tutor match. This fee acts as our primary service charge for sourcing, vetting, and establishing the connection. To streamline the payment process and secure our commission, the first monthās fee is collected directly from the parent or student as an advance payment. Consequently, the tutor will receive their first monthās earnings with our pre-agreed commission amount already deducted. This transparent system ensures both parties are compensated efficiently from the outset of the tutoring engagement.
šļø Monthly Fee Calculation and Disbursement
The tutorās monthly compensation is meticulously calculated based on specific, pre-agreed terms established during the initial demo class. This fee may be structured either as a fixed monthly rate or an hourly charge, depending on the arrangement settled with the client. Crucially, the final payable amount is always determined by the actual number of classes or hours delivered within that specific calendar month, ensuring fair remuneration for work completed. The agreed-upon tuition fee is then scheduled for disbursement to the tutor promptly following the successful completion of the service period for each respective month, according to established timelines.
š Policy on Service Cancellation and Payment
Should a tutor need to discontinue a tutoring assignment for any justifiable reason, the remaining fee for the current month will be settled based on the precise number of classes or hours conducted up to the point of cancellation. However, during the critical first month of service, if a tutor terminates the tuition without providing adequate, prior notice to both the student/parent and the Crazywhiz agency, the full tuition fee for that period will be withheld and forfeited. Clear communication and adherence to notice protocols are mandatory to ensure professional service continuity and qualify for payment.
š Trial and Demo Class Obligation
It is a mandatory requirement that the tutor provides at least one complimentary demonstration or trial class to the prospective student. This session serves as a crucial opportunity for the student and parent to evaluate the tutorās teaching style, expertise, and compatibility before confirming the long-term engagement. Crucially, the tutor must be aware that no payment will be rendered for the time spent conducting this initial demo or trial class, as it is considered an essential part of the selection and confirmation process for securing the tuition contract.
š Preparation and Research Commitment
Tutors are required to uphold a professional commitment to thorough preparation and research before every tutoring session. This indispensable activity includes reviewing the previous lesson, planning the current lessonās content, selecting appropriate learning materials, and tailoring the teaching method to the student’s specific needs. The goal is to maximize the effectiveness of the studentās paid learning time by minimizing in-session planning or searching. Dedication to pre-lesson preparation ensures high-quality instruction and directly contributes to achieving the studentās desired academic outcomes.
šµ Mobile Phone Usage Restrictions
To ensure an environment of focused and productive learning, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited for the tutor during the entire duration of any tutoring session. This policy is in place to eliminate potential distractions, maintain concentration on the studentās needs, and maximize the efficiency of the allocated teaching time. The only exception to this rule is in the event of a genuine, documented emergency situation, where brief mobile usage may be permitted solely for necessary communication.
šø Advance Fee and Transportation Expenses
Crazywhiz maintains a firm policy that no advance fee payment will be disbursed to the tutor prior to the commencement or completion of the monthly service period. Payment is strictly rendered upon performance and completion of the agreed-upon tutoring hours. Furthermore, the tutor is explicitly responsible for bearing all costs and expenses associated with their transportation or daily commute to and from the student’s location. These transportation expenses are considered the tutorās operational cost and are not reimbursed by the agency or the client.
š”ļø Document Verification and Background Checks
For security and service quality, tutors must submit copies of a Government-approved ID, address proof, and all relevant qualification documents upon request. These documents are used by the agency for verification and security purposes. Tutors may also be asked to supply references from previous students or parents. It is understood that the student, parent, or Crazywhiz agency retains the full right to conduct thorough background checks and reference verification as part of the due diligence process when selecting an appropriate tutor for their educational needs.
š¹ Privacy and Recording Consent
The tutor is required to strictly adhere to privacy standards, which mandate that prior, explicit consent must be obtained from the student or parent before any attempt is made to record a tutoring lesson or video, regardless of the recording method. This ensures respect for the clientās privacy and compliance with all applicable data protection guidelines. Similarly, the tutor has the reciprocal right to demand and receive prior consent from the parent or client regarding any potential video or CCTV recording of their own activities during the tutoring session.
š Performance Review and Collaborative Feedback
It is a shared and ongoing responsibility for both the tutor and the parent to engage in regular discussions regarding the studentās academic performance, progress, and learning needs. These essential performance reviews should be conducted promptly after the commencement of lessons, according to agreed-upon schedules. The purpose of these discussions is to collaboratively plan necessary adjustmentsāwhether relating to the parentās support structure or the tutorās instructional methodologyāall of which are aimed at optimizing the student’s overall learning performance and achieving set goals.
š¢ Communication and Conflict Resolution
Any initial concerns, minor issues, or questions should be addressed and communicated directly between the tutor and the parent/student. This direct line of communication is often the fastest and most efficient way to resolve day-to-day matters. However, if persistent issues arise, or if a resolution cannot be reached between the two parties, the tutor is encouraged to contact Crazywhiz directly for assistance and intervention. The agency is available to mediate disputes and provide guidance to ensure a smooth and productive tutoring relationship.
