Job Description
As a Crazywhiz tutor, you’ll provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions tailored to the student’s learning level and subject requirements. Tutors will be responsible for lesson planning, regular progress tracking, and maintaining communication with parents.
Key details include:
- Classes: 1 to 12 (All subjects including Maths, Science, English, and Languages)
- Location: Electronic City, Bangalore (both Phase 1 and Phase 2 areas)
- Schedule: 5-6 days a week, 1 to 2 hours per day
- Mode: Home Tuition or Online Tuition based on parent preference
- Earnings: ₹8,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on class, subject, and hours
Tutor Requirements
Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or related fields. Prior teaching experience (home or school) is highly desirable. Female tutors and experienced subject experts are given preference. Candidates must be punctual, professional, and capable of adapting to different student learning paces.
Skills Required
Tutors must possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a friendly teaching approach. The ability to motivate and engage students is crucial. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and interactive learning methods will be an added advantage for online sessions.
